LOGISTICS:
Location: Courtroom 302 which is on the 3rd floor in the annex of the gallery.
LMME members should check-in at reception when they arrive, this is to the right of the Hornby street doors. You will then be directed to the 3rd floor.
The gallery is one block away from Burrard or City Centre skytrain stations and parking is available either at the law courts, Pacific Centre or others in the area.
If people would like to see the current exhibitions at the gallery there are two options: either arrive at the gallery at 2pm & view before the meeting, or view after the meeting as the gallery is open until 9pm on Tuesday nights.

Michael Unger, Program Coordinator, H.R. MacMillan Space Centre
Jonathan Hulquist, Manager, Public Programs, Vancouver Aquarium
BIOS:
Michael:
Michael Unger is the Program Coordinator at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre. Originally a Marketing and Film School graduate, he worked as an Interpreter with the Space Centre for 8 years before taking over as Program Coordinator. He runs a monthly bar lecture series called Nerd Nite, which is sort of an informal Ted Talk. His latest project is called Sci-Cats, which will provide free science communication workshops around the Lower Mainland. Obviously science, astronomy, and all things nerdy are passions that he loves delving into when creating fun adult events.
Jonathan:
Jonathan Hultquist MSc. is the Manager of Public Programs at the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre and completed degrees in Marine and Environmental Science. He began his career in Hawaii as a wildlife guide and scientific diver and learned that people are the key to protecting marine life. Jonathan has taught K-12 experiential education programs in flexible learning environments and formal science courses at the university level. Jonathan now focuses his efforts on creating engaging and educational programs that increase public awareness and passion for the conservation of o
