[BCMA] Calling all EMPs - BCMA Mentorship Program

Hello everyone,

Are you a museum professional in the first 10 years of your career?  Or do
you have someone working with you who would qualify as an EMP?  We want you
(or them)!

The BCMA's new mentorship program is now accepting applications for
Emerging Museum Professionals (EMPs) and we need your help to get the word
out.  Please share this email and the link below with staff and volunteers
at your organization who may benefit from an eight month mentorship
opportunity with experienced leaders in the BC museum sector.

This professional development opportunity looks great on a resume, but more
importantly will provide knowledge, skills, and networks for the next wave
of professionals in this field.  The BCMA Mentorship Program is designed to
provide maximum knowledge transfer across the sector through an eight-month
pairing.  The mentorship structure can follow a set of guidelines and
suggested discussions/projects, or it can be tailored to suit the needs of
the pair.
