Museum Collaborations Workshop

Collaboration is messy.  We want to do it, but we have questions. How do museums share the creative process, the risk, and the decision making with partners from other disciplines?  What are the benefits?  What can go wrong?  Is it worth it?

Join special guests from the Royal BC Museum and partners from the Social Life of Water exhibition to learn how to maximize the rewards - and minimize the challenges - of collaboration. Discuss a framework for success sized to fit community museums and their partners.  In addition, discover new tools for working together in partnership with the Royal BC Museum to achieve more.

This workshop is geared to museums, galleries, art centres, and nature centres, as well as people from other disciplines who want to partner with them.
