[BCMA] Film Negative Cold Storage Project

Hello Everyone,

Our Archives is in the early developmental stages of a photographic film negative cold storage project. I am hoping that someone may be able to to direct me to any resources or tools that can help me to determine the following:
  a.. We are planning to purchase 2-3 upright freezers each with a capacity of 20.5 cu ft. Based on the physical extent of our negative collection, is there a way to estimate how many negatives can be housed in one freezer? 
  b.. Is there an easy way to estimate the amount of supplies (i.e., housing materials) that will be needed? 
  c.. Is there a way to determine the number of staff hours needed to complete the rehousing portion of the project?
Any insight is greatly appreciated!
