[BCMA] Mystery Object

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

The curious ting about this object is that it is not split equilaterally. That means that if it is indeed a collar, the pipe, or whatever, around which it fit would need to be either of a diameter smaller than the inside ring, or the pipe would need to be squeezable.
