** Ready for a Great Summer Season
------------------------------------------------------------

June was an incredible month for the O'Keefe Ranch. Our 150th Anniversary on June 15th was a great success and we thank everyone who came out to share this special day with us. We will continue the celebration at all of our upcoming events such as the Cowboy Dinner Show and Family Fun Days. Last month our Murder Mystery shows were a big hit on the 20th anniversary year and will return with a brand new show on September 8 & 9. The Ranch hosted the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce Business After 5 event and our 150 Trivia Game was a hoot! We also hosted the 125th Anniversary of the Township of Spallumcheen with hundreds of guests in attendance. Weddings, group tours, private events... we are so pleased to have had such a busy month shared with you, our guests. Be sure to visit us again this summer and bring a friend or family member who has never been before and share a cultural like no other. We look forward to seeing you.

The History of O'Keefe Ranch in 50 Objects - we've gathered 50 of the most important objects to tell the O'Keefe story. Some are on display in the Greenhow Museum, but you'll need to find the rest around the site.

Staying Home: Photography, Family, Memory - how have photographic objects come to take up space in our homes and our lives? How did the ways in which we collected and experienced those objects change over time? Check it out in the Greenhow Museum, and be sure to snap your own Victorian Photo Studio Selfie.

The Gallery of Cowboy Treasures - a brand new gallery in the Greenhow Museum to house the famous Jade Saddle and all of O'Keefe Ranch's most beautiful cowboy gear. It might have been a rough-and-tumble life in the old west, but these guys and gals knew how to wrangle in style.

Native Cowboys - the best cowboys in the North Okanagan were those who knew the land the best. Learn their stories when you stroll through the Cowboy Bunkhouse.
