[BCMA] Volunteer coordinator positions funded by local governments

Bowen Island Municipality is in the process of providing core funding for
certain staffing positions. One criteria is proof that the position exists
and is funded by local government in other jurisdictions.

Bowen Heritage is a small organization which maintains a Union Steamship
resort era cottage museum and we want to propose a *volunteer coordinator*
position.

If you have such a staff position, we would appreciate some details
(salary, responsibilities, contact names).  This sort of position may not
be common to local heritage boards or museums, nevertheless we are hoping
you may know of situations we could research.  Every bit of information
will help.
