[BCMA] Reference Books on Offer

Hello Alex - I am interested in #32 from your list of BC books and several
from your general list (#9, 11, 30, 42, 55, 61, 66, 70, 87, 105,112, 143 &
186). However, i dont have any sense of how large these might be or how
much they would cost to ship [preferably by greyhound and as cheaply as is
safe].
