The item on the top left is a boot hook. Usually comes as a pair. Slips into the loops at the top of high boots and then used to pull the boots on.

We had a donation of antique kitchen/home objects and I had a summer student catalogue them all. She identified a few that she did not recognize, and I’m sending you all a photograph of them here, with a request to let us know if you know what any of them are/do/were used for.
