[BCMA] Firearms: business license vs Public Agent

Another option may be to have the firearm made inoperable by a gun smith in
a way that wouldn't harm its display value.  Is the gun important? Does it
have relevant provenance?  Perhaps you don't need the gun at all and it can
be transferred to another institution?  These are some other options to
consider.
