[BCMA] Culture Days at PoCo Heritage Museum and Archives

For Culture Days come to the PoCo Heritage Museum and Archives on *Saturday
September 30th* to see two unique Terry Fox exhibits!



*“Terry Fox: Running to the Heart of Canada”* is a travelling exhibition
produced by the Canadian Museum of History in partnership with the Terry
Fox Centre, which commemorates the 35th anniversary of Terry Fox's heroic
Marathon of Hope.



PoCo Heritage has also created a complementary exhibit, *“Terry Fox:
Hometown Legacy”*. This exhibit explores Terry’s connection with his
hometown of Port Coquitlam, and the deep enduring love this community still
has for its hero.



Join us in the very building that housed the Port Coquitlam post office
that delivered thousands of letters of support to Terry, and write and
decorate a postcard that will be put up for display for the rest of the
exhibit!



PoCo Heritage will also be offering a free outdoor historic tour around old
Northside Port Coquitlam. The tour begins at 1 p.m. at Kinsman Hall in
Aggie Park and should finish around 2 p.m.
