[BCMA] Final week - BCMA Webinar on Youth Programming April 17

Hello everyone,

This is your final week to register for the BCMA Webinar #12: Overcoming
Challenges of Recruitment and Retention in Youth Programming!  The webinar
takes place on April 17 at noon.

We have a fancy new registration system for you to try as well!  If you are
a BCMA member it automatically recognizes your email and gives you the
member price, and if you're not a member it will create a special workspace
for you to view the recording archive after the fact!  It may take a few
more text fields to fill in, but that will only be for the first time you
register.
