[BCMA] Museum Policies

Hello everyone,

If it is not too much trouble our library would also be interested  
obtaining copies of policies other institutions have in place.  We  
currently don't have much in place in terms of policies and it would  
be nice to see what other people are doing to help us come up with a  
template that might work for us.
