Our fees are posted at:

http://www.burnabyvillagemuseum.ca/EN/main/village/facility-rentals/photos-filming.html

It is standard practice to charge the film company the costs of having a staff person (or more than one staff person) present at all times while they are setting up, filming, and taking down. Depending on the scope of the production, there may also be charges for our time to prepare the site and to clean up after.

Subject: [BCMA] Location Filming Fees

Hi all,
My organization has been approached by a major Hollywood production company for the possible use of our museum location for filming. We are still arranging the details, but it looks like it will potentially be a 2-3 day shoot. We have never rented out our facility for this type of film production before, so there is no precedent set as to what we might charge for location filming fees.
Can anyone share any resources or recommendations as to what a reasonable fee would be for this type of usage? We are hoping to come to the negotiations with a general idea of what other non-profit facilities charge in this type of scenario. I would love to hear your experiences on this matter!
Thanks in advance,
