[BCMA] To charge or not to charge?

Linda, we are following this conversation with great interest. The Nikkei
National Museum has been by donation for almost two decades with little
return, but we are about re-developing our exhibit + archives spaces and in
our new iteration, will be charging a nominal gate for our gallery. We have
been investigating what a 'fair' small museum admission fee might be.
