Hello everyone,

Thanks for being so eager to download our fancy new Conference 2018 Program
that got released yesterday!  Unfortunately, if you haven't seen it yet,
you will have to wait just a bit longer as our website is temporarily
unavailable!

We are working hard to find the problem and get it back up and running. We
will let you know as soon as it comes back live.

In the meantime, check out our Webinar #17, Strategic Plans: Their
importance and limitations, which is taking place next month.  Friend of
