[BCMA] Outdoor display cases

PlexiGlas cases will prove to be a nuisance, especially outdoors.   Specific surface cleaning processes are needed to maintain a good look, and an untrained person using a common household cleaner can easily damage them.   Lexan is better, but not as good as good old glass for longevity and easy of maintenance.   Dust and air dirt on the surfaces will always be a problem outdoors, and common community household cleaning techniques will be best for glass, not Plexi.

Go Glass.   Easy common maintenance and cleaning.   For a no-frame look, if they are not going to be handled a lot, just have the edges rounded and use a Clear Silicone Cement to hold them together.   A glass shop can drill holes for security bolts and advise on the cement.   For handling, use tightened web straps wrapped around to keep it all in compression.

If you really love Plexi, consider making your own bent-to-shape arched covers.   It is not hard to do, using a heat gun.   Lots of instructions available on-line for the home craftsman.
