Advance your career and lead our team as a Britannia Shipyard Manager. Oversee the development and delivery of programs, events, exhibits, policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site and coordinating activities with other heritage sites in Steveston. Develop effective implementation of policies, procedures, and management of budgeting, including developing opportunities to expand revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of museum and heritage programming, events and exhibit development. Have familiarity with the conservation and restoration of heritage buildings. Successful candidate will also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Museum Studies or other related field with a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the museum and heritage sector or related field.
