[BCMA] flood advice

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

I have been told by other museums in our area that when they have artifacts or books that get wet is to put them in the freezer, let the freezing "freeze dry" them like a year old steak that was lost under next thanksgiving's turkey.
