[BCMA] 2018 Vancouver Island Anzac Day announcment

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

It is a bit late in advertising this event.  A bit more red tape this year to move this event to a larger venue.  But I would like to invite anyone of Oz or Kiwi connections to attend this annual event, one of the largest Anzac Day commemorations in Canada.

Besides the possibility of participation with the Snowbirds and CF18 (weather and red tape permitting), the Hedger Medal (a recently discovered WWI British Service Medal that I will be delivering to the family of the New Zealand soldier in Wellington on April 25) will make its final appearance in Canada before it is repatriated to New Zealand with the assistance of the High Commission of Canada.
