[BCMA] examples of contract between Museum and its Friends Society or Foundation?

Dear Colleagues,

I am seeking templates or sample documents that define the relations between our organization (a Museum & Archives governed by a municipal Commission) and its charitable arm (a Friends Society that is a registered charity). Do any of you have such a template, contract, or MOU that defines the services that each organization provides to the other, as well as the control of funds, etc?

If you have such a document I would be extremely grateful to receive a copy. I can assure you that it would remain confidential. Our Commission and our Friends Society have begun to draft an MOU that lays out the inter-relationships between the two organizations and they have asked me to search out models from other organizations could give us a head start.
