BC Alliance presents four in-demand education programs
Grant Writing Success with Mary Ann Anderson <https://www.allianceforarts.com/alliance-workshops/>
Mary Ann Anderson, of Little Dog CreativeConsulting, offers a suite of workshops to help your grant stand out from the crowd. Grant Writing 101, a foundational workshop, is followed by a pair of two-session clinics: Grant Writing for Individuals and Grant Writing for Organizations. Take them separately, or register for Grant Writing 101 and one of the clinics for a discounted rate. See below for more information.
GRANT WRITING 101
WHEN: Wednesday, October 3, 2018; 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
WHERE: 100-938 Howe St., Vancouver
COST: $45.00 BC Alliance members | $85.00 non-members | $25.00 lifestream
For those who need guidance on successful grant writing, this is the workshop for you. Mary Ann will translate what funders really means in their guidelines language, identify ‘red flag’ language to avoid, and go through best practices to make your application speak directly to what each funder is looking for. The workshop will provide a clear road-map to creating a successful application – for both first-timers and long-time grant recipients.
This workshop is suitable for both individuals and organizations seeking foundational knowledge about grant writing. If you're interested in a more comprehensive educational experience, consider taking it in conjunction with "Grant Writing for Individuals" or "Grant Writing for Organizations" at a discounted rate!
