This group came to my attention recently and I thought I'd share it through
the listserv in case anyone was interested in connecting.

The *Connecting to Collections Care Online Community *helps smaller
cultural institutions to provide well-informed care for valuable
collections.
We have moved our Discussion Forum to a new Platform, the *C2C Care
Community*. The directions about joining the new community can be found
here: https://www.connectingtocollections.org/discussions-have-moved/ The *C2C
Care Community* is the place to ask questions about caring for your
collections. Conservator Monitors are on hand to answer your questions and
to help you solve problems encountered when caring for your collections.
Even if you were previously part of the C2C Care Discussion Forum, you need
to join the new Community. We hope to see you there.
We are also beginning a series of *C2C Care Courses*. These courses offer a
series of related webinars, discussions, projects and resources. Those who
participate in all parts of a Course are eligible for a CREDLY badge.
Course webinars are not offered a la carte. The basic fee for our courses
is $149.00 and there are discounts for early registration. Our first Course
is *Preservation Methods and Materials for Exhibitions *that will be
offered from October 25 – November 15, 2018. For more information and to
register see: https://www.connectingtocollections.org/
course-exhibit-preservation-methods-materials/
Our free webinars will continue as always. There are two webinars on offer
during October. See our website www.connectingtocollections.org for updates
and for access to our archives and resources.
The program is offered by the Foundation of the American Institute for
Conservation of Artistic and Historic Works with funding from the Institute
of Museum and Library Services.
