[BCMA] What is this?

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

I would say these are cattle or horse brands. They could be from one farming
area or maybe a Cattlemen's Assoc. ( maybe a 4-H project of local brands)
Our local Auction Barn has one wall dedicated to all the brands in our area.

Hi all;


We recently visited the Oliver Museum and District Museum and saw this
intriguing item mounted on a door. Unfortunately, the attendant, who was
very helpful otherwise, was not able to tell us what this is. Any ideas?
