[BCMA] Salary information.

Our museum is working on succession planning and hope to get information on
comparative wage scales from BC museums. Any information is in strictest
confidence, and no source will be identified. If we receive sufficient
responses we will create a table showing ranges according to general museum
size. We would like information on the positions of Executive Director,
Assistant Director (or equivalent), or Museum Assistant. Please include
numbers of staff and/or volunteers, and average number of visitors per year.
