[BCMA] Progressive Board governance discussion

Hello BCMA members-
I recently learned that Vantage Point is doing some interesting work on
alternative approaches to governance. They are currently gathering feedback
on two questions and would love to hear from our members.

The survey is located here:

It is a short survey with two questions:
1) How have you tried to share decision-making with your membership or
community?
2) How can we share decision-making more broadly, but ensure that it
remains decisive and productive?

There is also an interesting initiative at the Ontario Nonprofit Network
called *Reimagine Governance* (

out if you are interested in thinking about alternative structures to the
governance models at your nonprofit.

Lastly, there is an online discussion forum where you can also pose your
