[BCMA] BCMA's Roundup Magazine Call for Submissions!

*BCMA's Roundup Magazine Call for Submissions! *

We’re getting ready to put together BCMA’s next issue of Roundup Magazine
titled BC’s GLAM Sector: Practical Ideas and Local Solutions! In order to
do so, we’re currently accepting article pitches from our excellent members
and volunteers. We need:



   - Feature articles (1500-2000 words in length) on the topic of BC’s GLAM
   (galleries, libraries, archives, and museums) sector, with a focus on
   practical ideas and local solutions. Topics may include (but are not
   limited to) projects, collaborations, critical/advocacy pieces, collections
   practices, or education



   - Regular articles highlighting projects in areas of collection
   management, exhibit development, programming, technology, volunteer
   management, and events.



Please submit a short 100-word pitch summarizing your idea, along with a
short writing sample and very brief history of your writing experience. You
can find previous copies of our magazine to read online here.

are due February 20, 2019 and if your pitch is accepted, final content will
be due March 25.
