[BCMA] Fire Inspection in Collections Space

Hello All;

 

 

Our local Fire Inspector is in the process of working with us to bring our
Collections Space up to fire code. Part of this will involve replacing our
older wood shelving with metal, and maintaining the 18-inch sprinkler
clearance. 

 

What has been requested as part of this process is example photographs of
other Collections Spaces in BC. These will be used in an informal report to
establish a basic BC "industry standard" for the Fire Inspector to work off
of when considering how to best apply the fire code to our space for the
protection of the collection. Images can be emailed to me:
