[BCMA] Registration OPEN - Managing Plans & Drawings distance education course (Sept-Nov 2019)

Registration is now open for the Fall 2019 AABC distance education course
"Managing Plans and Drawings".

Architectural records are perhaps the least understood medium in the
archival world. There are many different types of drawings, from blueprints
to renderings, sketches to CADs. What should you accept, what is valuable,
how are they best preserved? Using the publication *Architectural Records:
Managing Design and Construction Records*, students will be introduced to
the management of plans and drawings in seven modules that include the
history of architecture, how drawings are created, appraisal, arrangement &
description, preservation, access and digitization.

Registration: June 3 - July 26, 2019

Course duration: September 9 - November 18, 2019

Cost: AABC members $350.00 (CAD) / Non-member $500.00 (CAD); plus the cost
of the course textbook

Limit: 20 students
