Please circulate and/or post the attached job notices. 

 

The Commonwealth Association of Museums has received funding from the
YCW/BCH program for two exciting international internships:

·        Collections and Exhibitions Intern, National Gallery of the Cayman
Islands in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; and 

·        Culture and Heritage Intern, National Museums Rwanda in Kigali,
Rwanda

Both positions run from October 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020

Salary: $15.00/hour for 30 hours/week, paid every two weeks (gross pay of
$900 plus vacation pay of $36.00 included in each payment); $500/m housing
allowance; medical insurance and international airfare.

 

Eligibility:

·        Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with provincial
health enrolment 

·        Must not have participated in a federal government internship
program previously

·        Open to unemployed and underemployed graduates (must not have
graduated more than 24 months previously) 

·        Must be under the age of 30.
