The BAG is also looking for recommendations for a facilitator to lead us through strategic planning.

Can anyone recommend a facilitator from the lower mainland?

Hi Dauna,

We're just wrapping up a strategic planning process at the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Alberta. Like Matthew, I've also found the experience to be very empowering. It's been an intensive process, but there have been a lot of valuable insights that have come from it, and it's given our entire staff a renewed sense of drive and vision. We hired Jim Cullen to lead us through a six-month process (I expect he may have put in more time up front). Jim's been an excellent facilitator, advisor, and synthesizer of diverse perspectives. He's based out of Calgary.
