[BCMA] Window film to reduce reflections

Since you are unlikely to find an effective surface treatment for the windows, concentrate on overcoming the reflection by brightening the scene inside during the day and not just at night.

The back wall appears to be a photo mural, so really light it up with floodlights. Use some narrow focus spotlights to highlight special features in the mural.

Choose a few display items that will not mind lots of light, and place them in the display as brightly lit visual features.

All this is to attract attention through the reflections to the inner display space. The eye and the mind is naturally attracted to what is brightest and lightest in any view. It is also naturally attracted to the colour red. Use these principles to your advantage. Move the red wagon back into the space to help draw the eye there, and light it well.

The new LED spots and floods can have very low UV and specific colour spikes, but it is worth getting the specs on any brand's products before buying them.

Last year we installed large photo murals which provide a backdrop/context for the displays. The spaces are lit at night and are quite impactful. Unfortunately we did not use non- glare glass in the many large windows of the enclosures. During the day (especially in the summer) it is difficult to see into the displays from a distance due to the reflections on the glass. ( Images attached)

Most of the products advertised online highlight the their ability to filter UV and to prevent people from seeing into an office space, but we essentially want the reverse.
