[BCMA] BCAC Operating Application

Ok, the BCAC operating grant has never been a fun one to write, and the
newest version again has some issues. My main one is the issue of space
allotted. In the past we had X number of pages to fit it in, but now that it
is online each question has basically the same amount of space (500 words),
if you try to go over, it cuts out. I am really struggling  to fit in the
planned programming for the coming year within 500 words. I am being asked
to not only describe each activity but what influenced the decisions to
develop these activities. I can do it, but not in 500 words. What is
frustrating is that many of the other questions where there is also a 500
word block, they can be answered in under a couple hundred.  In the old
system, I could fit everything in... Whats even more frustrating is that
they have not seemed to take into account the fact that the score values for
marking are different for each question and the space allocated does not
seem to reflect this..

 

Am I the only one feeling this?
