[BCMA] Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre - New self-guided tour app

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

Back on August 10th Ben Wilson reached out on the BCMA listserv, offering
his services to develop a self-guided tour app.  We took him up on his
offer and the initial results are out for a self-guided tour app of our
current exhibit *Broken Promises* at the Nikkei National Museum in Burnaby,
BC which unpacks the dispossession of the Japanese Canadian community in
the 1940s.

iPhone version is now available on the app store:

The Android version of the app is under review and coming soon.
