*Subject: *Canada Council RFP

Hi friends and colleagues - I heard about this RFP today put out by the
Canada Council who is looking for someone to do research on the value of
public funding for Indigenous Arts and Culture.

Thought I'd share it with you all in case you are interested or know of
someone who might be doing this kind of research.

This RFP came about after they commissioned the Wolfe Brown study called
Qualitative Impact Framework - to measure the impact of the doubling of the
budget of the CCArts.

That study was disappointing on many fronts but particularly with respect
to measuring the impact on Indigenous artists and communities.

Please feel free to pass this along if you like.

Respectfully,

Brenda
