[BCMA] Membership Management Software for Small Museums

We've gone one step up in the organizing of spreadsheets to use a google
sheet so everyone is working from the same ongoing doc (you can share the
sheet with anyone with a gmail account too)! However, that only solves
avoiding duplicates and incorrect versions (still a good step!). We too are
looking for an affordable program to manage things like renewal notices!
In both excel and google sheets, you can have that top bar allow for
categories to organize your data - that could be helpful for ensuring you
have the full list of members on a single main sheet and then categorize
them by type (i.e. we have Family, Senior, Student, Youth, Adult) and then
when you need to, you can use that top row to sort them (or sort them by
expiry date or any other data you have been collecting).
