[BCMA] New manager at Mackie Lake House

Hi everyone,  I'm happy to introduce you to our new Manager here at Mackie
Lake House, Valerie Cherwoniak. I am retiring at the end of May but I am
looking forward to staying in touch. This year with no conferences or in
person connection we are connecting this way and I know that you will
welcome her and connect once things are more normal.
