[BCMA] Identification Help Needed!

As the outer row of stitching is extremely close to the edge, I think that
this may have been cut out of a larger panel. My guess is that it is a
lightly padded bolster from the upholstery of a furniture piece or perhaps
a carriage, maybe at the side of a seat.
