[BCMA] Museum Managers Monday - Registration is Open!

Hello everyone,

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on our first Museum Managers
Monday. Folks seemed happy with the time of day and expressed a desire for
greater structure in the monthly sessions.

Registration is now open for the December, January, and February sessions
of Museum Managers Monday.

Each of these sessions will be loosely themed around some of the topics you
identified in the feedback survey and attendees will receive some brief
pre-meeting materials to spark ideas and discussion.

The December session is scheduled for December 14, 12-1 pm and explores
"Working with Boards and Having Difficult Conversations." Whether it's
having difficult conversations with staff, making requests of funders, or
"managing up" to board members, managers are often asked to navigate
challenging interpersonal matters.

Also, since fundraising and development was identified as a high priority
for future Museum Manager Mondays, I thought you might be interested in
