How will this differ from the databse that Gary Sim has put together over
the year and which is now available at the Vancouver Art Gallery?

Calling all contemporary artists who have lived or are currently living and
working in British Columbia we would love for you add your information to
our new BC artist database!

Happy New Year to you all ... This year the Penticton Art Gallery's
resolution is to profile the work of as many artists as we are able and to
compile an extensive list of contemporary artists who have a connection
with or are currently living and practicing in British Columbia, in any
medium. The idea behind this is to act as a launching pad for art
historians, collectors, and other artists to learn more about your work and
to reach out and connect with you. The database will be permanently
available on our website for everyone to explore
