The BCMA does have a webinar in their archive on the topic of “Filming in Your Community: Creating opportunities for your institution” (June 2019)
I can’t recall if it goes into details about price lists, but there may be some valuable information to consider as you embark on this process:

Hello! The Rossland Museum and Discovery Centre is in the process of developing a filming policy and price list for if an organization (nonprofit or commercial) wanted to film or have a photoshoot in the museum. If any other museums of similar size have one of these in place and wouldn't mind sharing with us so we can use it as a guideline, it would be greatly appreciated!
