[BCMA] Sharp Spoon and Not-A-Candle-Holder?

Good afternoon everyone,

I'm really getting a lot of use out of this mailing list! Hopefully someone
is able to help me identify some more mysterious objects I've recently
discovered.

Please find attached pictures of some kind of spoon shaped tool and a
circular dish. I have no idea what either item is or how it should be
classified.

The spoon has sharp edges on either side and has the word "National"
stamped into it. The other object looks very similar to a candle holder
except that the center cylinder is hollow. Perhaps it is a part of
something else?

Any ideas would be welcome to help me make a decision about keeping and
accessioning these objects.
