The March Event in our 50th Anniversary Conference Series<https://museums.ab.ca/what-we-do/annual-conference/2021-conference-series.aspx> is less than three weeks away! Register now to join the Alberta Museums Association (AMA) for our kick-off event on Thursday, March 18.

Remember, rates increase next Monday, March 8. Don't miss out on the pre-Conference experience by registering late!


March Event Program

Join us for our keynote presentation with Corey Timpson exploring inclusive design and accessibility practices, along with six sessions presented by colleagues from Alberta and around the world addressing all four Conference pillars: Reconciliation, Inclusion, Community, and Innovation. After an afternoon of learning, connect with colleagues and play along with a dino-themed Paleo-Knowledgy Trivia Night hosted by the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum.

With tangible lessons for museums of all sizes, subjects, and locations, our March Event has a special focus on experiences of the pandemic and building museums as inclusive spaces as we look toward reopening.

  *   Non-Members: $75
  *   Students: $30
