<p class="Default"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Nature of Position</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: Working within the Marketing and Sales department, the Rentals and Sales Coordinator is responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets for
venue rentals, group and corporate sales. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, the Coordinator will maximize revenues from MOV rental spaces by developing new prospects, improve promotions and marketing, and increase return rate of existing customers.
In addition to venue rental the Rentals and Sales Coordinator will market MOV’s exhibitions to local corporations, associations, community groups and institutions.

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:1.35pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Develop sales plans in conjunction with MOV senior staff.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:1.35pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Administer all rental and corporate sales enquiries.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:1.35pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Schedule and deliver client visits.

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:1.35pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Liaise with MOV Visitor Experience and Operations staff, as well as with City of Vancouver staff to ensure smooth facility operations and to identify opportunities for improvement.

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:1.35pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Proactively assess facility issues and report deficiencies to MOV and City of Vancouver personnel.
