annual Mindfulness in May Youth Art exhibition from May 6<sup>th</sup> to 30<sup>th</sup> at the Michael Wright Art Gallery in The Gathering Place.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right:2.7pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">This year’s theme is “I Have a Dream” and students were encouraged to explore what this means to them. Eleven grade 9 to 12 students from Archbishop
Carney Regional Secondary School, Coquitlam Alternate Basic Education, and Encompass submitted works that expressed childhood dreams and dreams for the future, discussions of stigmas surrounding mental health, struggles of the world, and the equally tranquil
and terrifying nature of dreams. The paintings, mixed media, and installation artworks submitted show dedicated art practices, critical thinking, and incredible talent.
