<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif">Richards is an internationally respected museum professional with more than twenty years of experience working in national museums in the United Kingdom
and is an expert in museum transformation and operations. He is known for building community partnerships and creative sponsorship opportunities in large and small markets.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

London, the National Railway Museum in York and the National Media Museum in Bradford.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

institution; doubling visitor numbers and achieving record levels of commercial income generation.
