To be eligible we have to demonstrate that we deliver services to the Bowen Island community that would typically be funded by the municipality in other jurisdictions. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%'>Does your municipal government provide funding to cover some or all of your museum and archival expenses? <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%'>Are you funded through municipal grants?
