<div dir="ltr">I have seen objects similar to seen # 3: sealed glass vials containing sensitive medicine look very similar to these and have been used in kitts for medics since the turn of the century if not longer (the glass seal helps the medicine not evaporate as it would with a screw top). with these, you brake the end (the pointed end is easy to brake) and then dip the syringe tip into the liquid to pull the liquid into the syringe. They still use this type of glass vial in medicine today in many safety kitts that carry certain types of drugs like the new overdose kitts they are handing out on the East Side here in Vancouver. These ones look like older versions possibly dating the around WWII and used in medic kitts.<div>Hope this helps!</div><div>Best,</div><div>Elizabeth</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Thu, Oct 19, 2017 at 1:04 PM, Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv. <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:bcma@lists.vifa.ca" target="_blank">bcma@lists.vifa.ca</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hello Kelly, <br><br></div>Mystery #3 looks vaguely familiar.
