<div dir="ltr"><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p1" style="font-size:12.8px"><b>Do you know a project that is making a difference in the cultural field?</b></p><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p1" style="font-size:12.8px">BC Museums Association is accepting nominations for projects making a substantial contribution to BC’s cultural sector for its upcoming issue of Roundup Magazine. Selected winners will be featured in Roundup’s winter 2018 issue, <i>Change Makers</i>. <i>Change Makers</i> is an annual theme aimed at celebrating the sector and the exceptional and innovative projects that make it great. <span class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span></p><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p1" style="font-size:12.8px">Nominations are encouraged for projects from across BC who demonstrate innovation, imagination and advancement in the field. Nominations are encouraged from those who consider their projects to be “socially innovative”, whether it’s a large-scale technology intitative or a new advancement in a small town. Nominated projects can represent various sectors including leadership, education, exhibition design, archives, customer services, technology, communications or marketing. Project participants can be paid staff or volunteers.</p><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p1" style="font-size:12.8px"><b>Criteria:</b></p><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p3" style="font-size:12.8px"></p><ul style="font-size:12.8px"><li style="margin-left:15px">Project participants must be currently working or volunteering in the cultural sector.<span class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><br></li><li style="margin-left:15px">Project participants who are retired from the cultural sector are eligible.<br></li><li style="margin-left:15px">Projects may be from non-profit, private or public sectors.<br></li><li style="margin-left:15px">Self nominations are admissible.</li></ul><p style="font-size:12.8px"></p><p class="gmail-m_9114358773342686990gmail-p1" style="font-size:12.8px">Winners will be selected from the nominees by the Roundup Magazine Editorial Committee, a representative sub-committee of the BCMA. Nominations are encouraged from across BC. A person can nominate more than one project.
