Celebrate the Valley: Farm to Table Dinner Thursday May 10th from 6pm to 9pm, as the wrap up event to our featured travelling exhibition “The Social Life of Water.” Director/Curator Tracy Satin explains, “as part of our Celebrate and Learn
Series, we thought that having a meal celebrating the bounty that is produced in our area would be a great way of highlighting home grown food and beverages sourced within the Okanagan Watershed.” Partnering with Education Coordinator
Gabriel Newman, the two have worked tirelessly to bring this event to fruition. All of the menu features are locally sourced, sustainably grown and ethically harvested. The thoughtful cuisine will be prepared by Basket Case Picnics and Catering, boasting
a reputation for delectable regional cuisine. A special thanks to local producers who have donated so generously;
Rosebank Farms, Bella Stella Cheese, Okanagan Grown Produce Ltd, Armstrong Asparagus Farm, the Vernon Farmers Market, Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery and The BX Press Cidery & Orchard, amongst others.

Following the cocktail hour, guests will make their way outside. Here they will be seated at long charmingly decorated tables to enjoy a delicious three course, family-style meal amongst the beautifully landscaped Spirit Square.
